We deliver only to the United Kingdom. This excludes the Channel Islands.
The following shipping tariffs apply for mainland Britain and Northern Ireland:
- For an order value of £25.00 and over, delivery is free of charge.
- For orders below £25.00, shipping costs of £3.25 will apply.
We dispatch all orders with DPD via 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, usually sooner. Delivery times may be longer during busy trading times and events out of our control. Of course, we will always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We do not charge any additional fees for payment by credit card, debit card or via PayPal.
All delivery costs are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping Provider
Our shipping partner is DPD. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. DPD will contact you with information about your delivery via text or email. Please note: your tracking information will be listed as a Melitta order.
Where the supply of your goods or services is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than-anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
Returns
If you are returning your item(s) due to a fault, we will cover the cost of shipping for this.
If you are returning an unused item due to a change of mind, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover return postage costs.
