1. Eligibility

- Coupons are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
2. Coupon Usage

- Sale items and coupons cannot be combined. Sales Offers & Coupons will be applied to full price not the sale price. If there are any instances that a Sales offer or Coupon is applied to a sales price, Bacofoil reserves the right to refuse the discount.
- Coupons exclude Bulk Buys and Bundles by default unless stated otherwise.
- Coupons must be entered at checkout to be valid. They cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Coupons received via email as a subscriber exclusive can only be used by the subscriber or email recipient. If this is not the case, Bacofoil reserves the right to refuse the coupon.
- Coupons may be reviewed if suspected to be used for trade-level quantities, as this is a direct-to-consumer service and not a business-to-business offering.
3. Coupon Validity
- Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Expiry dates are listed on the promotional material or within the coupon details.
- Expired coupons will not be accepted, and extensions will not be granted.
- Bacofoil reserves the right to modify or end any promotion, including coupon offers, at any time without prior notice.
4. Minimum Spend Requirement
- Some coupons may require a minimum purchase amount. This minimum spend does not include taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges.
5. Product Exclusions
