1. Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, The Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland, over the age of 18, except for employees of Bacofoil, their families and any agents or companies associated with the promotion
2. One entry per person only per post during the promotion
3. Entry into the Bacofoil Facebook competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by the final decision(s) of Bacofoil
4. Promotional Period: Submit your entry between 09:00 on the 16.04.21 and 23:59 on the 19.04.21
5. Bacofoil reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
6. In order to enter, entrants must submit an image of food/a meal they have been enjoying in the garden – whether it be with friends or family. Images will only be accepted if they are COVID rule compliant – e.g., rule of six, social distancing etc.
7. Internet access and a Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account are required to enter into this competition
8. 1 entrant will be chosen as the winner to receive the prize.
9. The prize is a Bacofoil bundle of products. Prizes will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one equivalent or of greater value.
10. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered
11. Proof of identity may be required in order to claim the prize
12. The winner of the competition will be selected within seven days of the competition and will be notified by private message. A comment will be added to the competition post to alter all entrants that the winner has been selected and the prize claimed.
13. The winner then has 28 days to claim their prize by direct message
14. Once they have claimed their prize it will be arranged for the prize to be delivered when timing is suitable
15. Bacofoil will reject entries which are (but not limited to) offensive, abusive, misleading, unethical, discriminating, defaming or pornographic in nature and such posts will not be entered into the giveaway. Bacofoil’s decision is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome.
16. The winning entrant will be selected at random by an independent party appointed by Bacofoil. The result of this is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome.
17. Entrants who have submitted their images, give permission to Bacofoil to use their images on the Bacofoil social media platforms.
