Date Dip
Made from a few simple ingredient, this delicious date dip is perfect on snack boards and not out of place with a nice piece of meat at summer BBQ's!
Ingredients
150g Dates
1 Clove Garlic
300g Cream Cheese
200g Sour Cream
2 tsp Curry powder
Salt and Pepper
Method
Blitz the dates in a food processor and transfer to a bowl
Using the whisk on a hand mixer, whisk the dates with all the other ingredients until the mixture is smooth
