Homemade dried fruit

Our dried fruit recipe is the perfect healthy snack. Naturally sweet and chewy, they’re easy to make and versatile. Enjoy them alone, in granola, or as a yogurt topping. Discover how simple it is to create this delicious treat at home!


Fruit of your choice (we're using strawberries)

Icing sugar

Baking Paper


Cut fruit into thin slices about 1/8 inch thick. Make sure they are evenly sized otherwise they will need different times to cook. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper

Sprinkle with a very light dusting of icing sugar

Preheat oven to 210 degrees and oven cook for about 3-4 hours (turning after 2 hours)
