Homemade Fruit Bars

Ingredients

100 g Dried fruit (e.g. dried figs, apples, or plums)

30 g oats

2-3 tbsp Sunflower seeds

2-3 tbsp Nuts

4 tsp Fruit juice

Wafers

Method

Mix the dried fruit of your choice, oats, sunflower seeds, nuts and fruit juice in a blender until they’re the consistency you prefer

Spread the mixture on a wafer and place a second wafer on top & press down – simple!
