Paella with Pork and Veggies

Ingredients
300g Chicken
300g Pork fillet
3tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion
1 Large tomato
2 Cloves of garlic
300g Paella round grain rice
Salt and Pepper
100g Green runner beans
100g Peas
2tsp Paprika powder
1g Saffron threads
Method
Cut the chicken and pork into bite sized pieces and fry in a pan
Chop the onion, tomato and garlic and add to the meat until the onion is translucent in colour
Stir in the paella rice
Add stock & salt and bring to boil, then reduce heat
After 10 min add the other ingredients and simmer for a further 8 minutes until all the liquid has evaporated
