Ingredients
160g Flour
80g Water
1/2 tsp Salt
Method
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Coat the dough and the blades of a pair of scissors with some oil. This prevents sticking while cutting. Cut the pasta dough with a scissors
Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes until they float up
Strain the noodles and add sauce of your choice.
Cover leftover noodles with Bacofoil Non PVC Cling Film
