Strawberry Ribbons

Ingredients

150g Strawberries

50g Strawberry syrup

1 tbsp Rice syrup or agave syrup

5 Gelatine sheets (or vegetarian alternative)

1 tbsp Coconut oil

Method

Boil the strawberries with the syrup and sweetener of your choice over a high heat for about 10 minutes

Remove the pan from the heat, add the softened gelatine and puree the mixture with a hand blender

Line a baking tray with cling film, brush lightly with coconut oil and spread the strawberry mixture evenly in a thin layer on the tray

Leave to set overnight and then cut into strips. Roll up into pinwheels and your homemade snack is ready!
