Prep Time

20 mins

Ingredients

At least 150 g of leftover chocolate

> Any of the following extras:

whole nuts or walnuts (salted or not), e.g. cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios

Dried fruits, e.g. cranberries, cherries, Crystalised Ginger

Mini pretzels

Spices, e.g. chili powder, pinch of cinnamon

An assortment of sweets

Method

Break the remaining chocolate and melt it in a double boiler. Here’s how: prepare two saucepans, one small and one larger. Fill the larger with water to about a quarter of its capacity, then heat it over medium heat. Place the small saucepan in it. Make sure that the water does not overflow into the small pan and that the bottom of the small pan is submerged or in contact with the water. Put the chocolate pieces in the small saucepan and melt them, stirring occasionally.

Pour the melted chocolate on Bacofoil® Non-Stick Baking Paper to form small tablets or plates of chocolate.

Decorate the melted chocolate with the ingredients of your choice, according to your tastes. Let your homemade chocolate harden.

Store the chocolate block by breaking it into smaller pieces and wrapping it in Bacofoil® The Original Kitchen Foil
